These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.hydrobrospro.com and the residential and commercial exterior cleaning services provided by Hydro Bros Pro Wash ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, submitting a quote request, or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Hydro Bros Pro Wash is a Long Island, New York based exterior cleaning company offering soft wash and pressure wash services for homes and businesses, including house washing, driveway cleaning, deck and patio washing, fence cleaning, and paver sand and seal.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual inspection of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted before work begins if site conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, hidden mold, paint failure, structural damage, or significantly larger square footage). Any change to the agreed price will be disclosed to you and approved before the work continues.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- We schedule work weather-permitting. We may reschedule if rain, high wind, or unsafe temperatures would affect quality or safety.
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations after the crew has been dispatched may be subject to a trip charge.
- If we cannot complete a job because of inaccessible water supply, locked gates, off-leash animals, or other site conditions you control, a trip charge may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities Before Service
- Ensure the outside water spigot is on and producing normal pressure.
- Close all windows, doors, and skylights, and remove items from porches and decks that should not get wet.
- Move vehicles out of the work area.
- Secure pets indoors during service.
- Identify any fragile landscaping, lighting, or finishes that need extra care.
- Disclose any known issues with siding, paint, caulking, wood rot, or roof condition.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions and Damage Disclaimer
Pressure and soft washing can reveal pre-existing conditions such as loose paint, failed caulking, oxidized vinyl, wood rot, cracked grout, lifted shingles, or compromised window seals. We are not responsible for damage caused by these conditions when professional methods and reasonable care are used. We use industry-standard PSI ranges and biodegradable cleaning solutions and we always default to the gentler method when in doubt.
6. Plants, Landscaping, and Pets
We pre-wet and rinse landscaping during service to reduce the risk of solution contact with plants. We are not responsible for the loss of plants, grass, or vegetation that occurs after service unless caused by our gross negligence. Customers are responsible for keeping pets indoors and away from the work area.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our invoices. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee and collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
8. Workmanship Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the result of a wash, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional cost where the issue is workmanship related. This does not cover damage from pre-existing conditions, re-soiling after service, or surfaces outside the original scope.
9. Use of the Website
- You may use the website for personal, non-commercial information about our services and to submit quote requests.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass the bot protection on the quote form, or use automated tools to scrape content.
- All content on the site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Hydro Bros Pro Wash and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not reuse it without written permission.
10. On-Site Chat Assistant
The chat assistant on the site is powered by an AI model and is intended for general information about our services. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on the chat assistant for binding quotes, scheduling commitments, emergency situations, legal advice, or medical advice. For anything that matters, call us directly at 631-600-8342.
11. Text Messages and Calls
If you provide your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your quote or your service by phone call or text message at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or call us at 631-600-8342 to opt out of further contact.
12. Privacy and Data Processors
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We share limited information with the service providers that help us run our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM and lead routing), Slack (internal new-lead notifications), Cloudflare (website hosting, anti-spam verification, and the chat assistant via Cloudflare Workers AI), and Supabase (backend database for structured records). By using the site you acknowledge this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
The website and the chat assistant are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Service warranties, where offered, are described in writing on the applicable estimate or invoice.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydro Bros Pro Wash, its owners, and its team from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
